What is a 'pop-up' event?

Pop-up events have become popular over the last few years. Traditionally, they utilize empty shops or other buildings or spaces, for art exhibitions, restaurants or performances. They can last for a few hours, a few weeks, and in some cases have become permanent fixtures due to their popularity.

Pop-up’s can also be about connecting people and this is our aim at the Experimental Eatery. It is also nice to get a chance to open up a venue that might get overlooked or is underrated.

What is a 'tasting menu'?

Tasting menus may be offered to provide a sample of a type of cuisine, or house specialties, or to take advantage of fresh seasonal ingredients.
